Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction close. After 7 days, a non-paying bidder form will be filed with eBay.

SHIPPING: E-mail your ZIP code for an accurate shipping quote if a shipping calculator is not available in the auction or if there is not a set shipping amount. Buyer pays all shipping costs. We will be happy to combine shipping costs on multiple purchases. We do not ship to PO boxes. Smaller accent pieces are shipped via UPS or DHL within 4 days of payment clearing.
Oversized items are shipped on a pallet by freight line. Freight lines will deliver CURBSIDE ONLY. We ship larger items the Monday after the close of the auction if that auction ends M-F. If the auction ends on a weekend, please allow until the next Thursday to prepare and ship. Larger items will require a pallet or crate may take several days to prepare.
SHIPPING POLICY: Below is our policy on damaged freight merchandise. *By purchasing this item, you are agreeing that you understand and accept this policy and all terms in this auction as a contract.
This is policy is also written on the shipping boxes so there is no confusion that you received it. This simply protects you, the buyer, and us, the seller.
When your item is received, you must check it for damage prior to the driver leaving. Do not sign the freight bill until you have checked your items. If there is any damage, it must be written on the freight bill, or a claim will not be filed and we (all parties involved) will not be refunded, and Elegant Accents cannot replace the merchandise. No exceptions.
If someone other than you is signing for the merchandise, they must be informed of our policy. If someone else has signed for your package, you accept the responsibility of telling that person our policy, and if they do not write damage, the merchandise will not be replaced and a credit will not be given.
Freight companies will not pay a claim for a broken item that has been accepted by the customer without any written damage on the receiving bill. If the box looks perfect and you later open it to find some damage, please call us or email right away so we can help fix the problem. We appreciate your attention to this shipping policy. All sales are final unless damaged during shipping.
PAYMENT
: PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, checks, and cashiers checks are gladly accepted. Personal and cashiers checks (due to recent scams on eBay) will take about 6 business days to clear once received. TX residents add 8.25% sales tax. Sales tax will be applied to purchases in Texas as well as any furniture picked up at our warehouse in Texas. Please e-mail info@elegantaccents.com if you have any questions about payment or payment methods. Be sure to include your phone number. We will only accept cashiers checks for the exact amount of the item plus shipping. If you want to arrange your own shipping, we will not accept payment for that, but would be happy to work with the company.
FEEDBACK: Positive feedback will be given to all those who pay promptly, respond to e-mails, and post feedback as soon as their item arrives. Feedback is the pillar of the eBay community and should be taken very seriously. Deadbeat bidders will not be tolerated.
